ovl_En_Syateki_Itm is the actor for Hyrule's famous Shooting Gallery minigame. This actor spawns En_Syateki_Man behind the counter on the map, and contains information related to the movement of items within the minigame.

Shooting Gallery Moving Item Format

The movement of each item of the Shooting Gallery minigame follows the format: 3C0580B124A5xxxx0C01DF9026E4yyyy - where X is the start/end value, but Y is currently unknown. This format exists twice for each item since it records the start position and is written again for the end position.
